These are the general terms and conditions for Canarywell, which apply if no other information is specifically given.

Canarywell applies a 30% down payment (deposit) upon reservation of a trip, if no other information is stated in the booking conditions of a specific program. Please refer to the booking conditions of a program to see if other fees apply. The deposit will be charged, once availability has been confirmed with the provider of the trip / program. The deposit can be paid using a credit card, or bank transfers.

When a customer pays a trip's deposit, the agreement between the customer and Canarywell is legally binding. The reservation becomes legally binding for Canarywell upon receipt of the deposit. The customer accepts the terms and conditions in place, as well as the invoice and other written materials sent by Canarywell, by paying the deposit. Customers must ensure that all services are accurately booked, and if there are any discrepancies between confirmed and booked information, they must notify Canarywell right once so that the booking can be corrected. Before making a reservation with Canarywell, it is the customer's duty to read and comprehend the travel itinerary and program design.

In the unlikely event that Canarywell has to cancel the customers booking for no fault of the customer, then Canarywell will notify the customer as soon as possible, and compensate the full amount as a result of cancellation. The customer has the right to change the booking for another one if he/she wishes to do so (and if Canarywell can provide an alternative booking), and the difference in price will be refunded to the customer, if the new booking is at a lower price than the one that was cancelled.

Canarywell is entitled to keep a reasonable amount of the deposit payment, to cover any expenses incurred as a result of the customers cancellation. In case the customers cancels his/her trip, the following cancellation charges apply: More than 60 days before the trip starts: 100% of total cost paid by the customer, will be returned Between 15– 59 days before the trips starts: 50% of total cost paid by the customer, will be returned 14 days and less before the trip starts: 0% of total cost paid by the customer, will be returned * * If the customer cancels the trip 14 days and less before the trip starts, he/she will be able to use the deposit as a store credit for future reservations with Canarywell, within 1 year from the original starting date of the trip, if notification is given more than 3 weeks beforehand.

Canarywell is not liable for any services that are not used or for no-shows. Due to flight delays, inability to leave due to a lack of travel documents, or any other reason the customer chooses not to attend any booked service, Canarywell disclaims all liability if the customer is not present at the start of the activity or excursion. and may bill the entire amount for any services not used.

All mentioned services, as listed under Included and Not included in the program descriptions, are included (or not included) in the bookings. When making a reservation, a deposit of at least 30% of the total cost must be made (unless otherwise specified). The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than seven days before the scheduled arrival date. Bookings made with fewer than 7 days until the start date require prompt payment of the full price. Canarywell reserves the right to cancel the reservation and impose cancellation fees in the event that the entire payment is not paid before the scheduled arrival day. Bank transfers using IBAN/SWIFT and Credit card payments are all accepted by Canarywell.

Canarywell permits the customer's booking to be transferred to another individual if the consumer is unable to participate in the scheduled services. Canarywell must receive notice at least two weeks (14 days) before the arrival date of the customer.

A form must be filled out online before you can make a reservation with Canarywell. By doing this, you consent to Canarywell being able to contact you throughout your stay via phone and email, assess your needs for the booked program, and handle the information revieed by us upon your booking. We will also evaluate the information given to improve our services in the future. Canarywell keeps the rights to provide you with updates and other information relating to new offers, and used in statistics for marketing and promotional purposes.

‍The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information. A certain amount of personal data is collected by Canarywell when contacting and booking with us. If you contact us at Canarywell, we may receive information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide. When you make a booking with Canarywell, we will ask you for your contact information, and information such as your telephone number, address and date of birth, that are needed for booking criteria. Furthermore, we may ask you questions about your health, food habits, experiences with different activities, and physical abilities in order to tailor our programs to meet your individual needs. All health related- and personal information will be treated as confidential inside Canarywell, together with health professionals, teachers and trainers taking part of the specific program in question being booked, and will never be shared with any third party outside our organisation.
